My experience at Hendy Ford Fareham could have been better because the salesperson failed to provide updates and understanding and comprehension of customer service - it had to be driven by us to obtain information and each time there was an excuse as to why this had not been forthcoming and then to cap it of - HL handed over a car with a known fault which will ultimately result in a recall - feel senior management should be more responsible / active in communicating with their customers not just leaving it to a salesperson who obviously has been instructed to handover the car and it’s presentation to us as a customer who has waited some 8 months for their car !

I have bought my last several cars from Hendy Ford Faareham and I think the sales team are exceptional. They explain things clearly. They are not pushy but are enthusiastic and keen to ensure the best experience possible for their customers. Colin, Tony and my salesperson on this occasion, Craig Eke are a very strong team, ably led by Manager, Steve French. My thanks to all of them.
